About Me
Hi, I'm Reynaldo, founder and a business process improvement professional with 14 years of experience, passionate about human-centric transformation and technology-enabled performance improvement.
I love helping organizations turn complexity into clarity - building solutions that cut costs, improve quality, and are truly embraced by people at every level.
What began as a solo consulting practice is now Ascendaris Inc. - a Calgary company that both advises clients and builds its own software.
Alongside client work, I am architecting enterprise AI systems for the University of Calgary.
Outside of work I love spending time outdoors, which is where our current wildlife reporting project started.
My Approach
I blend best practices from continuous improvement, project management and change management into a cohesive improvement strategy tailored to each client.
What I've learned across projects is simple: user adoption starts on day one.
That means involving stakeholders early, co-designing solutions with them, and making sure they become champions before rollout even begins.
